CARRIERS AND DELIVERY
DHC Coffee Co. reserves the right to select and change carriers as it deems necessary. Carriers may include Australia Post, Couriers Please, StarTrack, or Fastway.
To ensure courier safety, please secure your dog if it is in an area where parcels will be delivered. Unsecured dogs can pose a threat or safety concern, which may prevent delivery and result in a delay.
We generally ship all items within 24 hours. Please note that delivery to PO boxes may take longer as some carriers do not deliver to them.
Shipping fees are paid at the time of purchase and will be displayed in your shopping cart.
COFFEE SUBSCRIPTIONS SHIPPING
Your coffee subscription will be shipped within 48 hours of your credit card payment being deducted. If you need to make any changes to your order or shipment, please do so at least 24 hours before the payment is deducted. When you agree to our terms and conditions, you give permission to the carrier to leave the delivery without obtaining a signature.
Return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Just cover the cost of return shipping. But sorry, no returns for opened coffee. Nice try, though.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
